What Can I Return?​

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in new condition and the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw, or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

  • Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)

  • All Wheel & Tire Packages

What Are My Shipping Fees?​

For orders delivered within the continental US where the reason for return isn't a result of an Automaximizer's error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee of $12.99, per item will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided.

Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however, coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by Automaximizer, a return shipping label will be provided.

3. SHIP IT BACK

Print and attach the provided UPS shipping label as well as the RA form to the outside of the box.

2. RECEIVE RUTURN AUTHORIZATION

Receive Return Authorization (RA) form
with the exact return address and a shipping labe

4. RECEIVE REFUND

Once the merchandise is received and confirmed to be in satisfactory condition your refund will be issued.
